Stylist listened and understood what I was looking to achieve. They were able to identify the issue I was having with the original style straight away. Had a lovely relaxing hair wash and hot towel at the end was lovely! Customer service was great and I was very very happy with the result. Great advice from the stylist and have booked in a second visit.

Wow. I have been floating around salons and independents for a while but I will certainly be back here. Ava was absolutely amazing, I was in for a layered cut and her care and attention were phenomenal. Meghan who was overseeing was professional and encouraging. Ava treated me with utmost respect and was so friendly and wonderful to talk to which put me at ease. The balance of conversation and peace was spot on. Avas skill really showed and I loved that it didn't felt rushed, she really cared about the cut and was proud of her work as she very well should be! The best cut I've had in years and I will request her at my next appointment. If I could give more stars I would! Gave me coffee and also water as I was there a while which was appreciated. The hair wash station was nice and calming. The salon itself was a bit clinical for my tastes but understand its the fashion at the moment. The lady on the desk was really welcoming too.
